The Youth Arise Network Nthanzi Lathu climate project needed one central place to track implementation, milestones, timelines, and KPIs across its 2025–2031 lifecycle.
My Role
Designed and developed the M&E dashboard end to end.
Technology/Approach
A Vite + vanilla JS dashboard with activity management, status tracking, category filtering, phase management, progress analytics, and an interactive Gantt chart, fully responsive.
Result
Better transparency and reporting efficiency, letting stakeholders monitor implementation and long-term outcomes at a glance.
